JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recommend and supply total power protection system
  • Develop and maintain new & existing customer’s accounts and expansion of existing market share
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve allocated sales target and objectives
  • Maintain good relations with customers, advice them of company products, price movements and other developments
  • Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers
  • Corresponding to customers via emails, letter, walk-ins or telephone with regards to product related enquiries and product features
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding customers expectation, hence increasing rating on customer satisfaction index
  • Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments in the company
  • Contribute effort to the betterment and improvement of the company overall performance and profitability
  • Gathering and update of competitor information/data
  • Prepare daily sales report
  • Willing to travel to outstation from time to time for maintenance support service
  • Willing to learn Basic UPS product and Other IT product knowledge, skills, technical installation and experience

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary, Diploma/Degree in Business/Management, Marketing, IT or equivalent
  • Basic Information Technology knowledge.
  • High achiever in meeting sales target and result oriented
  • Strong communication, selling, negotiation skill and presentation skills
  • Discipline, able to work independently
  • Dynamic, target driven and self motivated
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation
